article: awareness under 200 is suffering
cal. 555
All-dimensions, all points of observation (ADAP)
Average in all dimensions, including but not limited to the crown, 3rd eye, thymus and the heart. Additionally, all points of observation including motivation / attention / focus / awareness, capability / knowingness / reality-testing / effect, context / intention / meaning, and energy quality / experience are taken into account. Measuring with ADAP provides the highest known level of coverage for calibration.
Awareness is also focus, attention and motivation. If your awareness is on negativity, then you're not letting God take care of you, and you're suffering. We may be suddenly emotionally triggered and experientially overwhelmed, but it is a choice to keep our attention in that negative field. We understand "don't go there" (under 200) with regard to intention, but do we understand it with regard to awareness?
Maintaining focus on negativity seems compelling--it has a pull--but it goes nowhere good. Focus under 200 means you're trying to solve something only God can solve. The ego can't solve it, even though it wants to and believes it can. There's a payoff the ego is pursuing: at best it is the pride of doing it yourself, without God. At worst, it's utter misery.
Under 200 is godless, so of course it refuses God's help. Keeping your attention under 200 is the actual issue and source of suffering. See that early on, and spare yourself prolonged suffering.
Your intention to not suffer and be in a higher context can't take effect until you remove your awareness, attention, and focus from the perceived problem. While you're motivated by the perverse, dark pull of negativity, there's no way out for you.
The solution to getting out of an under-200 attractor field is simply to move your awareness over 200. You'll notice it takes faith to do that, to believe that God will take care of whatever negativity is coming up, and that you can leave it behind, unattended. The ego doesn't have faith, which is the core of the issue and why the ego can't solve problems in a constructive way.
The ego will rationalize with you that you're only distracting yourself from a problem that won't go away without your worried attention. This positionality, like any other, reifies itself, meaning if you believe it, you'll experience it. However, it should be clear, this posture has not fully surrendered the negative focus--it wants to go back there. If positive focus and awareness is considered "distraction," then you're still in the pull of negativity.
Indeed, one can work on apparent problems with a positive focus, and that feels completely different from a negative focus: it is empowering and provides feedback that you're going the right direction. Perhaps most importantly, you're no longer suffering. To get to a positive focus, you might ask yourself, "What would be constructive in this situation?"
Note that some problems we can work on, but others simply have to be left to God. I suppose emotional, psychological and spiritual problems are in the latter category. Trust in God and let God be the doer. What the ego thinks you have to do, including thinkingness itself, is the burden that is made light and the yoke made easy by faith and surrender to a higher power.
