karma as cause
Priority request: Seems to me that most of the events of ones life can be said to be "caused" by ones karma. It certainly seems like a better explanation than luck or randomness.

Request: it seems the mind automatically assumes heaven is a place where some entity experienced as "me" is going to go to when we die or become enlightened... Some have said heaven is on earth, as in we create our own heaven or hell in a metaphorical sense.
