Request: Doing something wrong, but refusing to let yourself feel guilty about it. Thinking about how you can do better next time, but strictly refusing guilt.

asking God to help others
Request: When you see the suffering of another person, ask God to help them. Is it good to do it or is it better to believe that God will help them anyways and not pray for them?

Request: Fear tends to come up only when conditions trigger it, so it would be helpful to let go of fear when one chooses consciously to do without external triggers.
