higher calibration doesn't mean better

Request: In regards to spiritual practises or approaches to apply to different areas of your life. I have noticed that it sometimes brings more peace to apply something in the 200s or 300s for certain problems in my life, like relationships or money etc.

The spiritual ego seems to always wants to dismiss anything below 500. Yes, love can heal everything, but it can sometimes be too high of a branch to reach for.

I think it is important for us to be reminded of this. Only relying on high truths can be a discouraging task for some things, when the problem may only require a level 250 solution. Go get some sunlight for example.
