Priority request: Usually it happens on its own that the calibrated number of a certain spiritual practice appears in the mind while doing that spiritual practice. Is this something helpful, or just a working of the mind, unnecessary and pride motivated?

Harmony with the body. Getting lost in the moment. You become one through the movement, letting go of the mind. The body becomes an instrument of worship. Expressing joy and gratitude to God.

Request: "God can you please forgive me for (...) ?" Doc asked for forgiveness for what he had done to horses in a past lifetime healing his Karma with horses. For me it seems to take away the guilt of the spiritual ego over something.

doing something you're afraid of as a spiritual practice

Request: After walking through fear, we find that we are safe. Doing this as a spiritual practice may help us surrender our fears and experience life with more ease and joy.

Aldous Huxley first described the ‘Law of Reverse Effect,’ saying that “The harder we try with the conscious will to do something, the less we shall succeed.” So, could it really be that when we stop consciously trying to succeed, we increase our chances of success?
