Unblocking chakras suppressed by the crown is not necessarily easy, but it is liberating to do so. Each little success frees up energy that had been held captive. Experientially, you'll know the process is working, because you'll feel more alive and energetic.
canceling negative people
While canceling a person has the cultural meaning of removing that person from society and its dialogue, the meaning here is to remove that person's negativity from access to your psyche. It's no different than nullifying a negative belief by a decision of the spiritual will.
Udana mudra
Priority request: I've been using this mudra lately. Mainly because it is the most comfortable one for my hands, lol. This page says it creates inner happiness, and that it can stimulate and bring positive energy to the throat and thymus chakras. It would be nice to know if that's true.
