Is Putin innocent?

The level of consciousness required to see Putin's innocence (in a spiritual sense) is 600, by my calibration. That's the level of witnessing phenomena arise by virtue of everything being what it is. Of course, it also sees that death is not real, nor this world. So it's a very high bar to find innocence where there is demonstrably negative intention to all of mankind. Forgiving a messianic megalomanic is more accessible (at 590) than seeing his innocence.
