Spirituality

silence of the mind (period without thoughts)

By request.

never talking about or mentally dwelling in the past

Priority request: I found this in a Barry Long book as a way to dissolve what he calls the false personality. The false self feeds off and milks past experiences, positive or negative, to sustain itself and parasitically saps our energy in the process.

sat-chit-ananda (spiritual state)

Priority request. "In the stillness, all occurs of its own accord, autonomously and spontaneously. Sound has no effect on the silence that persists even within the sound. The state is traditionally and historically referred to as sat-chit-ananda (silent bliss)" -- TLC, Hawkins.

statement: the intellect can never know Love

The intellect is fundamentally incapable of discerning the true nature of Love over 500.

"We're all just walking each other home"

Quote by Ram Dass.

aversion to love

When love would change your world but you don't want change.

family enmeshment

Request: I noticed close family often brings up heavy emotions to let go of. Sometimes it’s hard to differentiate who’s emotions belong to who.

"existence is forever"

Contemplate this 🙏

intending to be a vessel for the Holy Spirit

Priority request.

level: time does not exist

Priority request: The false belief in a past and future lead to the false belief in time which does not exist. There is no "now/present" that includes a potential past or future. There is only is-ness or being-ness absent of time.

seeing one’s human identity or persona as false, not what one is

Priority request: Can this be a powerful simple practice?

surrendering the desire for enlightenment

Request: Seeking enlightenment feels very stressful. Maybe giving up wanting it will facilitate realizing it?

instinct to experience

Where the "experiencer" arises in spiritual evolution. It is equivalent with the fundamental desire to experience.

interfering with the highest good (God's will) happening to someone else creates bad karma

Calibrated by request.

faith = magnitude

Correlation of these. Spiritually speaking, magnitude is the amount or intensity of a quality in consciousness comparable to "amperage."
