T/F: prayers are put in escrow for when the subject is receptive

Priority request: Wondering if I can pray for people who are completely shut down or closed off from God and those prayers will take effect in a moment that they are more receptive if I ask Higher Power to put them in escrow so to speak. I want to pray wisely and effectively.

statement: every condition for love invites grief

The non-attachment of unconditional love is the only way to side-step grief.
