statement: worrying is forcing
Priority request: …when we worry about something we get a surge of energy that shouts "DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS". So then force and ego control are likely to happen instead of surrender/order. I found recontextualizing worry as synonymous with force in this way made it easier to let go of.
