Priority request: Introducing activities such as exercise, eating the right foods, contact with nature, breathing techniques, limiting contact with screens and technology, etc. into your daily routine to regulate the levels of serotonin, dopamine, endorphins, acetylcholine and GABA in your body.
asking for forgiveness vs. asking for deliverance
Priority request: "Forgive me for believing that who I am is not good enough, unlovable, bad, etc." versus "Deliver me from the belief in lack, badness, any belief." Compare these two letting go methods in ADAP. Grateful and Thankful.
