T/F: recent hurricanes that have devastated the US have been engineered
Request: I keep seeing reports, including a renown physicist on CBS 9 years ago, discuss how the weather can be manipulated or bio-engineered. Is it possible that Hurricane Helene & now, two weeks later, Hurricane Milton, have been bio-engineered?
