Request: Being judgmental? Being helpful? Not being helpful because those comments would be spotted anyway? The button is there, but should we use it just because we can?

An unconscious behavior anathema to forgiveness and spiritual progress, it is the core of the spiritualized ego. With awareness all are innocent and simply programmed falsely, we wouldn't do it.
